Baking Bliss Supplies is committed to your satisfaction. This refund policy explains when and how you may return products and receive a refund or exchange.

Refund Policy - the basics

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
•    Timeframe: Requests must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase.
•    Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
•    Receipt: Proof of purchase (order number, packing slip, or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund due to safety and hygiene reasons:
•    Perishable goods (e.g., fresh fillings, frostings, thawed dough)
•    Opened food flavorings or extracts

•    Custom-ordered cake supplies, pans or personalized items

•    Cake Packaging

  • Food safety & hygiene

    • Cake boxes are considered food-contact packaging. Once they leave the seller, there’s no way to guarantee they haven’t been exposed to dirt, moisture, pests, or allergens. Even if they look clean, they can’t safely be reused.

  • Risk of contamination

    • Boxes can absorb odors, grease, or moisture. That makes them unsafe for repackaging cakes, which must be kept in clean, sanitary containers.

  • Structural damage

    • Cake boxes crease, bend, or weaken very easily. A small fold or dent can make the box unreliable for holding and protecting a cake, especially during transport.

  • Quality control

    • Bakeries and suppliers need consistent, sturdy packaging. Returned boxes might fail during use, which could ruin a cake and hurt the business’s reputation.

  • Cost vs. waste

    • Inspecting, cleaning, and storing returned boxes usually costs more than the box itself. Most businesses choose a strict no-returns policy to avoid that risk.

  • In Summary: because cake boxes directly affect food safety and product quality, we treat them as single-use, non-returnable items.

  


Defective or Damaged Goods
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will request a photo of the damage and may arrange for a pre-paid return shipping label. 
Upon verification, we will either:
•    Replace the damaged item at no cost, or
•    Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Refund Process
1.    Contact Customer Service: Email Blissfulbakingessential@gmail.com or call (416) 417 7357 with your order details.
2.    Ship Items Back: Use the provided return label (or your own carrier if required) within 14 days of authorization.
3.    Inspection and Approval: We will inspect returned items within 3–5 business days of receipt.
4.    Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an eligible product for a different size, color, or ingredient, follow the refund process above and place a new order. We will charge or refund the price difference accordingly.

Shipping Costs
•    Customer Error: For returns due to buyer’s remorse, shipping costs are non-refundable.
•    Our Error: If return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we cover return shipping.
